Help needed identifying suspects wanted for car prowling & fraud

WHITMAN COUNTY, Wash. - The Whitman County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to help identity two women who are persons of interest in a vehicle prowling and credit card fraud incident that occurred in early June. On the evening of June 6th or the early morning hours of June 7th, a car parked in Colton, Washington was illegally entered by one or more persons.

Sprague and Smith.The fire was reported as a structure fire but when firefighters arrived, they quickly realized this fire was not only within an office building, but had spread to many mobile homes and also multiple cars in the lot. Newborn found in trash on ventilator; Mom arrested

KEARNS, Utah (AP) - A newborn baby girl is expected to be in critical condition for several days after Utah police say her mother dumped her in a neighbor's trash can in a Salt Lake City suburb. Unified Police Detective Jared Richardson said Wednesday the two-day-old girl was still on a ventilator and fighting for her life in a hospital.

UPDATE: Seven-year-old boy still in critical condition after being shot

A 7-year old boy from Hayden, Idaho is fighting for his life after a gun shot wound to the head.The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office says that two young boys were playing with a hand gun, when the gun discharged and hit one of the boys in the head.The injured seven-year-old originally went to Kootenai Health, and then medics transferred him to Sacred Heart. He is now in critical condition .Sheriff's Detectives are continuing an investigation. More>>

MEDICAL LAKE, Wash.- Tuesday afternoon there was a quiet ceremony at the Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake. Veterans who have long passed away were finally remembered, honored for their service, and recognized with full military honors. The names of 76 different veterans were read aloud. After each name a single bell was rung once in their honor.
