SPOKANE, Wash. - Two women have been arrested after they sold marijuana to a uniformed Spokane Transit Authority security officer.
Eighteen-year-old Judy Kirchoff and 29-year-old Crystal Weissenfels walked up to the security officer and asked him if he was a cop and if he could arrest people. Officer Mike Hill told the women he could, but only for 'certain crimes.'
Weissenfels then asked Hill if he wanted to buy some marijuana to which he responded he only had $5. The women told him that they would sell him the marijuana they had for $20.
Hill then left to contact two police officers and inform them of what the women were doing. He returned and gave the women $20 and they handed over a small amount of the drug.
Hill then detained the women until the two officers arrived on scene and arrested the pair. Both were taken to the Spokane County Jail on drug charges.
