
SPOKANE, Wash.- Wednesday afternoon at 2:00p.m. the downtown Spokane Convention Center will play host for a big Career Fair. Students and Alumni of area universities are invited to attend the Wednesday's Job Fair free of charge.
Those invited include students and alums from Eastern Washington University, Gonzaga University, Washington State University-Spokane and Whitworth University.
More than 100 companies from across the country come to offer a diverse range of internships, part-time, and full-time positions. Some of the companies taking part include Abercrombie and Fitch, ConAgra Foods, Avista Corp., Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and Coldwater Creek, among many others.
According to their website many companies recruit very early for positions beginning in summer 2010 which means attendance at the fair is imperative.
The Career Fair starts at 2:00 Wednesday afternoon and runs through until 6:00 that evening. It's at the Spokane Convention Center at 334 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.
