GRAHAM, Wash. (AP) - The Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the pilot who was killed in a small plane crash in Graham on Thursday as 75-year-old Robert James McDonald from Puyallup
The Pierce County sheriff's office says McDonald and another passenger were taking off from Kapowsin Field Airport when the plane went down. Witnesses reported seeing stall in the air then crash. The other passenger was injured and taken to a hospital.
