SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police are searching for a man whom they say stole prescription drugs from the Rite Aid Pharmacy at 5520 N. Division just after 12:00 a.m. Wednesday.
Police say that witnesses saw the man walk to the pharmacy at the back of the store where he indicated he had a gun and handed a note to a clerk demanding the drug oxycodone.
Witnesses last saw him heading south on Division on foot. He's described as a thin, white man, 6 feet tall, with dark hair in his mid-20's. He was last seen wearing a green sweatshirt with the hood pulled over his head, khaki shorts, sneakers and make-up. The make-up was described as "goth" style and included lipstick and eyeliner.
Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to call the police tips line at 509-242-TIPS.
