PULLMAN, Wash. - Washington State football player Xavier Hicks has once again found himself in trouble with the law.

The Cougar safety was ticketed Wednesday for driving with a suspended license.  The kicker?  He was on his way home after having just been released from jail.

Hicks, 21, finished serving his 45-day sentence at the Whitman County jail and started to drive home.  But, knowing he didn't have a valid license, jail personnel contacted Pullman police.  When Hicks entered town, officers pulled him over and issued him a misdemeanor ticket.

The troubled football player served jail time for steaming a debit card last September and for putting rubbing alcohol in his roommate's contact lens case in January.
