    KHQ is pleased to uphold a Spokane tradition by once again broadcasting the annual Armed Forces Torchlight Parade. This year's parade, with a theme of "Ignite The Spirit of America" will wind through downtown Spokane on the evening of May 19.The parade, in its 74th year, begins at 7:45 p.m.
