When a train comes, instead of running off the tracks, the loyal dog curls up next to his friend as the train rolls over them both. Miraculously, bot dogs were uninjured.

    WASHINGTON (AP) - The ruby slippers that whisked Dorothy back to Kansas in three clicks are looking a little down at the heels, prompting the Smithsonian to launch a $300,000 online campaign to conserve them.  Museum officials started a Kickstarter fundraising drive Monday to repair the iconic slippers from 1939's "The Wizard of Oz" and create a new state-of-the-art display case for them at the National Museum of American History.

Biscuit was outside while her owner, Bree Wirt-Hendrickson, was feeding her horses when Bree said she "heard Biscuit scream" in a manner that "sounded like she was dying." Bree didn't think twice, she grabbed her shovel and ran after across the pasture only to see two wolves running away and one had her dog in his mouth.
