Shortly after the shootings were reported, the Moscow Police Department put out an alert on a 2009 black Honda Fit which matched the description of the suspect's car. >>

In an extradition review hearing Friday morning in Whitman County it was determined John Lee will be extradited to Idaho some time in May. Lee was arrested in Whitman County on January 10 after leading officers on a high-speed chase through Pullman and Colfax.>>

Stegner on Wednesday denied the request because of stipulations in Lee's plea agreement.

    LATAH COUNTY, Idaho - Tuesday in Latah County, a judge sentenced John Lee to three fixed life sentences, with no chance of parole, for each of the three people he pleaded guilty to murdering. The judge also added an additional fixed 15 year sentence for the aggravated battery of a fourth shooting victim during that shooting spree.
