    WEST COVINA, Calif. - Last week, The West Covina Police Department's newest K9 officer made his first big  drug bust. During a traffic stop near Vincent Ave and Interstate 10 in West Covina, California,  officers found methamphetamine under the driver's seat of the vehicle. The driver was detained and a narcotics detection K9 was called to the scene.

    MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - Authorities have identified four hunters who remain missing after a crash in the Idaho backcountry.    The Idaho County Sheriff's Office on Sunday said the men are: Koby Clark of Bozeman, Montana, Reece Rollins of Terrebonne, Oregon and brothers Raymond and Jesse Ferrieri of Mahapac Falls, New York.

    COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho (AP) - An Idaho police officer returned to duty after suffering a gunshot wound while responding to a call.    The Coeur d'Alene Press reports Officer Charles Hatley of the Coeur d'Alene Police Department returned to duty earlier this month and called the experience "eye-opening."
