    SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. - A 53-year-old man has a warrant for his arrest in Spokane County for failing to register as a sex offender. Umar El Rhashi has been previously listed as a Level III sex offender. According to the Sex Offender database, he's listed as non-compliant for failing to verify/register in Spokane County. El Rhashi been convicted of second-degree rape in Washington in 1998,  kidnapping in Wisconsin in 1998, and sexual assault of a child in 1994.

    BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Police in Montana say a 20-year-old woman has been killed and two other people, including a 16-year-old boy, suffered serious injuries following a head-on collision. Billings Police Sgt. Ben Milam said in a Sunday statement that speed and alcohol appeared to have contributed to the accident in the city's Heights neighborhood.

(AP) - Montana authorities have launched a criminal investigation into claims that a school athletic trainer sexually abused at least 18 students decades ago under the guise of boosting their athletic performance. Attorney General Tim Fox said state investigators will assist Custer County officials looking into the allegations contained in a lawsuit filed Friday against James E. "Doc" Jensen of Miles City.
