    WALLA WALLA, Wash. (AP) - Authorities say the body of a missing Walla Walla hunter was found in heavy brush over the weekend. Walla Walla County sheriff's deputies began searched for 60-year-old Patrick Beuttner Saturday morning after he was reported overdue. KEPR-TV that deputies learned that Beuttner had recently complained of heart problems. Deputies later found his truck and activated search and rescue teams.

    SEATTLE (AP) - Washington state regulators are asking counties to consider not recycling certain plastic and other products if there's not a market for it. Since China stopped buying certain recycled waste, such as certain plastics, unsorted paper and scrap metals, more of those items are piling up at landfills.

    SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. - A 48-year-old man was arrested by Spokane Valley Deputies after firing a weapon into the floor of his home and threatening to kill three people Friday evening.  On Friday, Oct. 19 just before 10 p.m., Spokane Count Sheriff's Deputies responded to reports of shots fired around the 2900 block of N. Joel Rd.
