    SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane Humane Society is hoping the public will help them track down a man they suspect stole an employee's cell phone from its shelter and a laptop computer from the Pet Smart on North Division.  The Humane Society said in a Facebook post Monday that a man walked into the shelter on Saturday, walked a dog, returned the dog, and then stole a staff member's personal cell phone from behind the front counter.
