SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane's urban dining, shopping and entertainment center that's home to many one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants is about to welcome three more.
River Park Square announced three new tenants today: Sushi Maru, Auntie Anne's Pretzels and AT&T Authorized Dealer.
Sushi Maru, a kaiten-style restaurant, will open its first Inland Northwest restaurant this fall. Known for its entertaining and interactive dining experience, Sushi Maru involves guests by selecting freshly prepared traditional and creative sushi from plates as they pass by on a conveyer system that travels through the restaurant. Sushi Maru's extensive menu features a wide array of sushi, and specialty sushi rolls as well as tataki, udon, cooked appetizers and desserts.
"Sushi Maru will bring a new sushi experience to Spokane," said Stephen Pohl, general manager of River Park Square. "We are excited to welcome a new restaurant with a fun concept to join our diverse mix of dining establishments."
Sushi Maru, with one restaurant in Bellevue, will open on the main level across from Rock City Grill. They anticipate being open for the holiday season.
Auntie Anne's Pretzels, a fresh pretzel eatery, will open on the second level across from Sandwich Gardens in August.
AT&T Authorized Dealer will move from its second floor kiosk to a store on River Park Square's third level near Claire's. The store is slated to open in mid-August.
