David EltonSPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police have arrested a man after he wrote an entry on his website in which he threatened to kill City Council President Joe Shogun. David Elton, 43, was arrested following an interview with police Tuesday.
Elton has been charged with three counts of Felony Harassment/Threats to Kill for his threats against Shogun and two other Spokane residents.
