COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho. - Two North Idaho men have been arrested on multiple charges including Robbery and Kidnapping after police say they forced two other men into a car and forced them to drive around in search of cigarettes and drugs.

Police were originally called to N. Julia around 3 a.m. Tuesday on a call of unwanted persons, but when they arrived on scene, police learned the situation was much more involved and had actually started in Hayden.

Officers say Chase Nutting and Jamison Delaney-Waymire, both 18, were talking to Jamesin Kretz, 19 and Timothy Green, 20, about harassing phone calls made to Kretz's girlfriend. The four agreed to meet at a home near Hillview and Dakota in Hayden.

When Kretz and Nutting were talking, Delaney-Waymire came out from a hiding spot and held Kretz and Green on the ground at shotgun-point, where Nutting and Delaney-Waymire demanded their wallets. When no money was found in their wallets, Kretz and Green were forced into a car and told to drive to a convenience store to buy cigarettes.

Since they had no money, then they forced them to drive to Kretz's house in Coeur d'Alene to make arrangements so they could buy drugs.

Kretz was able to call police and the Coeur d'Alene Police arrived and detained the four until Sheriff's Deputies could take over the investigation.

Nutting, who had an outstanding warrant, was charged with False Information to a Police Officer, Minor in Possession of Tobacco, Burglary, Grand Theft, Petit Theft, Kidnapping and Robbery.  Delaney-Waymire was charged with Kidnapping, Assault with Intent to Commit a Serious Felony, Robbery and Grand Theft by Possession.  The shotgun that Nutting held had been reported stolen.
