Trapped driver flown to the hospital

KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho. - The Kootenai County Sheriff's Department is investigating a single vehicle collision that occurred in the area of E. Hayden Lake Road about one mile west of N. Sportsmans Park Rd on the north side of Hayden Lake.

Emergency personnel first got the call of a pickup truck that had gone off the roadway and struck a tree in that area around 4:54 p.m Wednesday. When emergency personnel arrived they found one male occupant trapped inside the vehicle. Due to his injuries the male subject was air lifted from the scene by MedStar. The extent of the man's injuries are unknown.

Sheriff's Department investigators are still trying to determine what happened but they say it appears alcohol may have been a factor. The Sheriff's Department say more details will be released on Thursday.

KHQ.COM - Cards Against Humanity is known for unique stunts around this time of year. In years past, in an effort to combat Black Friday, they've had people send them $5 and literally sent nothing in return. Just like they said they would.  They've also mailed people poop in a box. 30,000 bought it.  They've even raised $100,000 to dig a giant hole in the ground.
