Two winning tickets for the Mega Millions $333 million jackpot

Posted: Updated:

NEW YORK, N.Y. - Two tickets matched all the winning numbers for last night's 333-million dollar Mega Millions lottery.

Someone bought one of those tickets at a convenience store in the Bronx, not far from Fordham University. The Fordham grocery and convenience store has been buzzing with customers.

Lottery service centers are closed over the weekend, so it'll be at least Monday before the big Mega Millions winner can come forward. That person's looking at 166-point-five million dollars before taxes!

The second winning ticket was sold in California.   The store seems to be a lucky place for lottery players. It sold a 20-thousand dollar winning ticket in June and a 10-thousand dollar one in January.

Mega millions tickets are sold in Georgia, Illinois, California, Texas, Washington, Virginia, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Maryland and Massachusetts.
