SPOKANE, Wash. - A wanted fugitive is behind bars after being spotted at the Spokane County Interstate fair.

It all started when a person at the fair recognized 29-year-old Jeremy Hagen from the Crime Stoppers most wanted list.  Hagen was wanted for Violation of a Court Order (a felony because of a prior conviction).

Once the person confirmed it was Hagen, by going to the Crime Stoppers website using their web enabled mobile phone, they alerted a sheriff's deputy that was present at the fair.

When deputies went to confront Hagen he ran and a foot pursuit began.  Hagen left the fair grounds and started running south down Havana.  Sheriff's Deputies used K-9 units to track Hagen to the 4000 block of E. Main where he was eventually found and arrested.

Crimes Stopper documents say Hagen has a 24-year criminal history with prior convictions for domestic violence assault, violating a court order, negligent driving, vehicular assault, DUI, unlawful imprisonment and attempting to elude a police vehicle.
