Earthquake rocks south central Alaska
ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - A magnitude 4.6 earthquake has rattled south central Alaska, shaking buildings in Anchorage.
The Alaska Earthquake Information Center says it received no reports of the quake causing damage.
The temblor was recorded at 8:19 a.m. Wednesday. It was centered 35 miles northeast of Anchorage and 20 miles northwest of Palmer.
The earthquake information center says the quake was 19 miles deep. The West Coast and Alaska Tsunami Warning Center says the quake did not generate a tsunami.

SALINAS, Calif. - A California company has voluntarily recalled packaged vegetables distributed throughout the U.S. and Canada because of possible bacterial contamination. Mann Packing of Salinas says there have been no reported illnesses associated with the products. ORLANDO, Fla. - When a couple in Orlando, Florida, needed some storage bins they headed to Amazon to make the purchase, but as soon as the bins showed up at their doorstep, they knew something was off. When the couple opened the boxes, they found 63 lbs. of marijuana inside the bins. Orlando Police were called. They seized the drugs and launched an investigation.>>
