SPOKANE, Wash, - It's a cloudy & windy Monday! Sprinkles will become more widespread through the afternoon.  Not much accumulation expected. Most of the Inland NW can expect .10" or less with spots of .21". Winds have been gusting in the 20-25mph range.  Plan on gusts 35-40mph through the rest of the day.  Thanks to this mild nature of the rain, snow levels will be quite high.  Even mountain passes will likely get rain or rain/snow mix.  Only the highest peaks (above 4500') can expect accumulating, light snow.

A weak pacific system is spreading up from California.  Not much more than sprinkles are left by the time it reaches all the way up here.  The winds, clouds & warmer air are much more noticeable.  Expect improving and warming conditions.  Tuesday should bring less cloud cover, light winds and another round of scattered sprinkles.
