N. Spokane Paving Project Likely to Delay Your Commute For WeeksPosted: Updated:
SPOKANE, Wash. - A big paving project starts Monday night in north Spokane. At 7pm on Monday crews will begin work on a 19-mile stretch of Highway 395 from the north Division "Y" to the Stevens County line north of Deer Park.
It's a four-million dollar project that's expected to take about three months to complete. Some of the changes you'll see will be new guardrails, new sidewalks and sign upgrades. Expect possible delays of 20 minutes because of single lane traffic. All the work will be done between 7pm & 6am. Expect delays for weeks.
