First on KHQ.Com: Police Identify Body Found in Spokane River
SPOKANE, Wash. - On June 23, 2010, just before 5:30pm, Spokane Police responded and recovered a body from the Spokane River near Downriver Drive and Aubrey L. White Parkway.
Major Crimes detectives have identified the body as Larry J. Hardy, a 37 year old black male. A missing persons report was filed November 23, 2009, concerned that Hardy had left a house in the area of 1700 West Mallon. Larry suffered from mental illness.
The Medical Examiner's Office has not ruled the cause of death; at this time it is listed as undetermined. There were no obvious injuries and no sign of foul play.
