Second Burglary in a Week at Spokanimal
SPOKANE, Wash. - For the second time in a week, Spokanimal has been burglarized. An employee called police Sunday morning after noticing a broken window and an open door. Once inside, police found the interior of the building trashed. The thieves made off with two digital computer monitors, two printers, two desktop monitors, a DVD player, a router box and a computer tower.
Last week Spokanimal was burglarized and a computer was taken containing vital information on a grant. Sunday, the computer stolen contained information on a kids camp the organization is going will be putting on.
The first burglary was not covered by insurance and Spokanimal will have wait to see if the value of the items taken in this burglary will be enough to qualify for coverage.
Spokanimal says that they intend to install bars on their windows immediately.
Anyone with any information regarding either burglary is urged to call Crime Check at 456-2233.
