Suspect Charged With Aggravated Murder In Puyallup Girl's Slaying
KIROTV.COM - Prosecutors on Tuesday charged an 18-year-old Puyallup man with aggravated first-degree murder in the strangling death of a 16-year-old Puyallup girl who had been missing for nearly a week before the suspect led police to her body.
Tyler Savage appeared in court Tuesday afternoon, and pleaded not guilty to killing Kimberly Daily.
The court ordered him held without bail.Pierce County Prosecutor Mark Lindquist said he charged Savage with aggravated first-degree murder because he said Savage killed Kimberly Daily "in the course of trying to rape her.
"Lindquist said Savage lured Kimberly -- known as Kimmie -- to a brushy area two blocks from her house.
