A social services agency providing services to children and adults with developmental disabilities is seeking Behavioral Intervention Therapist for their Lewiston, ID location. Employer will pay the costs for a qualified applicant to become certified as an Intensive Behavioral Intervention (IBI) Professional. Once certified as an IBI Professional you will work with children with developmental disabilities who also require behavior intervention therapy. The certification process includes a 40 hour class over a 3 week period and a student project that is completed over a 6 month period.

 A large national insurance company is currently recruiting for a CLAIMS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in their Personal Lines Claims Division. As a Claims CSR, you will provide exceptional service to our customers each and every day by completing First Notice of Loss, handling service calls on existing claims and addressing customer inquiries in a variety of areas. This role interfaces with customers, agents, and third parties and requires exceptional listening and communication skills.  Responsibilities include taking inbound calls from customers, moving new claims through as much as the claims process as possible, issuing payment on glass and tow claims, using a multiple claims automation system, and performing all responsibilities to achieve individual goals. This position is located in Liberty Lake, Washington.

 SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:

Starting salary is $16.10 per hour ($31,400 annual). Comprehensive Benefit Plan available.  Relocation is not provided with this position. 

 HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:

The selected candidate must be able to work any shift, running anytime between 6:00am to 1:15am, 7 days a week.  Shifts will include weekend and holiday coverage. This position is 37.5 hours per week.

Prepare customer invoices, border papers, cargo documents, log books, and all other paperwork completely, accurately, and legibly to assure product quality and regulation compliance.

Normal schedule will include weekends, holidays, evenings. Must be on call evenings and weekends. Additional hours may be required (within the allowable limits) to meet customer needs.

Police say at least one person has died and officers responded to almost 20 other calls of people acting erratically. Police are looking into whether there is a drug on the street that is "creating adverse health effects." Reported behavior is consistent with a stimulant, causing people to hallucinate and act in an unpredictable and sometimes violent manner.
