A social services agency providing services to children and adults with developmental disabilities is seeking Behavioral Intervention Therapist for their Lewiston, ID location. Employer will pay the costs for a qualified applicant to become certified as an Intensive Behavioral Intervention (IBI) Professional. Once certified as an IBI Professional you will work with children with developmental disabilities who also require behavior intervention therapy. The certification process includes a 40 hour class over a 3 week period and a student project that is completed over a 6 month period.

 A large national insurance company is currently recruiting for a CLAIMS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in their Personal Lines Claims Division. As a Claims CSR, you will provide exceptional service to our customers each and every day by completing First Notice of Loss, handling service calls on existing claims and addressing customer inquiries in a variety of areas. This role interfaces with customers, agents, and third parties and requires exceptional listening and communication skills.  Responsibilities include taking inbound calls from customers, moving new claims through as much as the claims process as possible, issuing payment on glass and tow claims, using a multiple claims automation system, and performing all responsibilities to achieve individual goals. This position is located in Liberty Lake, Washington.

 SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:

Starting salary is $16.10 per hour ($31,400 annual). Comprehensive Benefit Plan available.  Relocation is not provided with this position. 

 HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:

The selected candidate must be able to work any shift, running anytime between 6:00am to 1:15am, 7 days a week.  Shifts will include weekend and holiday coverage. This position is 37.5 hours per week.

 Transport Tanker Delivery Driver needed to be responsible for loading and delivering tanker loads of petroleum products and providing customer service, maintaining professional image and sales as part of the company team. Duties include; operate various types of transports and vehicles safely and efficiently. Satisfy customer as number one goal. Be alert to customer needs and problems and try to resolve them. Advise supervisor of all customer service activities. Report any new competitor products, customers, or marketing strategies you see to your supervisor. Maintain high standards of courtesy and respect for all customers and fellow employees. Develop professional relationship with customers and co-workers. Maintain high company image standards for self and vehicle. Trucks must be kept clean and neat both inside and outside. Arrange for routine truck maintenance and repair with shop supervisor in accordance with service intervals specified in the operations manual. Perform minor maintenance functions as required. Prepare customer invoices, border papers, cargo documents, log books, and all other paperwork completely, accurately, and legibly to assure product quality and regulation compliance.

Depending on experience. Mileage plus load and unload.

 HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:

Normal schedule will include weekends, holidays, evenings. Must be on call evenings and weekends. Additional hours may be required (within the allowable limits) to meet customer needs.

    SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. - Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that helps detectives find a stolen pickup taken from the property of a 2015 murder.  The 1994 Toyota extended cab pickup was taken from the property in Colbert where Terry Canfield and his wife and son were murdered in 2015.  "In April 2017 two vehicles, a 1990 Acura and a 1994 Toyota pickup, were reported as stolen," Deputy Mark Gregory said.
