2 Dead In Idaho Falls Rollover Crash

TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The Idaho State Police say two southern Idaho residents have died after the driver lost control of a vehicle that went off the road and rolled north of Richfield.

Police say 25-year-old Andrea Barendregt of Heyburn and 24-year-old Theron Pace of Rupert died at the scene of the Saturday morning crash. Police say Barendregt was driving north on U.S. Highway 93 when she entered a curve at an unsafe speed, losing control of the Mitsubishi Eclipse.

Police say Barendregt was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected. The Times-News reports that police say alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
