Lindsay Lohan Arrest Warrant Issued In Beverly Hills
USATODAY.COM - Lindsay Lohan's comeback has been hit by a "setback." A judge has issued an arrest warrant for the troubled starlet.
She had to figure that's what would happen after failing a drug test while on probation and freshly out of jail.
Superior Court Judge Elden Fox issued the bench warrant today in Beverly Hills, but Lohan, 24, will remain free pending a Friday court hearing, according to officials from Los Angeles County Superior Court, reports AP.
"Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test," she tweeted on Friday, adding that "substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it."
