Man Leads Police On Chase Through Downtown Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. - A Spokane man spent time behind bars Tuesday morning after leading police officers on a chase through downtown Monday night. Officers first responded to a report of a crash where the victim say Ramsay Munden intentionally hit his car. That victim was later driving home through downtown Spokane when he spotted the white truck that hit him. That man then tried to follow Munden and met up with him in the Rosauer's parking lot in Browne's Addition. Munden then pulled a rifle on the victim, but did not shoot, according to Spokane police. When police arrived at Rosauers, Munden drove off heading the wrong way on 2nd Ave. His empty truck was spotted at a parking lot on 2nd Ave. and McLellan St. Munden was found a short time later walking near 3rd Ave. and Washington St. and was arrested. He is charged with attempting to elude police officers, one count of first-degree assault for ramming the victim's vehicle, and two counts of first-degree assault for pointing the rifle at the victim.
