AMBER ALERT ISSUED: The Search For 3 Boys Abducted By Father

SPOKANE, Wash. - An amber alert continues at this hour for 3 missing children after they were abducted by their biological father who lost a custody battle in court Wednesday.

33-year-old Chad Phillips reportedly took his 3 boys shortly following the court ruling.  The car he was driving is believed to be a Green 1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with Indiana license plate number IU4676.

The three boys are Kaleb, 10, Dawson, 8, and Bishop Phillips, 6, who all have sandy blonde hair and blue eyes.

Chad Phillips is described as a white male around 180 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.

At 12:30pm this afternoon, a Superior Court Judge issued a Writ of Habeus Corpus giving custody of the 3 children to the biological mother.   The Judge is concerned for the children's welfare due to history of the fathers assaultive behavior.

Police believe the father is heading to the State of Indiana. They were last seen near Indiana and Monroe.

If you know anything that can help authorities call Crime Check at 509-456-2233.
