SPOKANE, WA. -- The Lewis & Clark Tigers defeated Shadle Park, 42-41 on Thursday night at Joe Albi Stadium. The Tigers scored first, on a Jeff Livingston to Matt Yadali 34-yard connection for LC to go up 7-0. The Highlanders answered, on a 7-yard Danny Rowton run to tie the game at 7. In the 2nd Quarter, Shadle took a 6 point lead when QB Levi McBournie hit David Brown on a 13-yard TD pass. But, LC quickly answered Livingston connected with Dakota DuBois for a 9-yard score and seconds before halftime, Livingston hit Yadali on a 17-yard TD pass for Yadali's 2nd TD of the night to take a 21-13 lead at the half.
The game was a shootout, but Lewis & Clark squeaked it out in the end, 42-41. The Tigers improve to 3-3, while the Highlanders fall to 0-6.
