Stay abreast of the changes within the field of NISH related organizations. Assess the organizations current position and fine tune as needed; driving process change to ensure that employer operates under and leverages best practices. Build, motivate, and retain a team of top-quality professionals in both paid and unpaid roles of responsibility; manage and develop employers staff. Full responsibility for driving and balancing a $10 million annual budget. Secure stable and growing funding streams in order to continually create company`s financial stability.

A Spokane county employer located in Deer Park is looking for a full time Handrail Fabricator for a swing shift position. Must be experienced in all aspects of Handrail Fabrication, employer is looking for a minimum of two years experience. Duties include; but are not limited to: welding and fabrication of steel Handrail Fabrication, drilling holes with a mag base drill, grinding, moving steel with an overhead crane and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:

$12.00 to $16.50 per hour, depending upon experience. Full benefit package available after 90 days of employment which includes: Medical, dental, paid holiday, vision and bonus. Retirement available after one year.

HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:

40 plus hours per week, Monday through Saturday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. including paid lunch with overtime. Exact hours will be discussed further at the time of the interview.
