WSU Vendetta

PULLMAN, Wash. - Someone has a vendetta against students and administration at Washington State University and now the message is being spread across the campus, town and the Internet.

It's like a scene from the movie "V for Vendetta" as a masked person whose voice is distorted complains about WSU leaders and students apathy toward school administrators.

The video was seen by students and faculty at the Todd and Sloan Halls at WSU on Friday November 5th.

According to Washington State University's newspaper, The Daily Evergreen, the video came from an unknown hacker going by the alias "V" who invaded the WSU Academic Media Services System.

The hacker asks for students to stand up to administrators and invites them to meet in one year on campus to take action.

"But if you see what I see, if you feel as I feel, and if you would seek as I seek then I ask you to stand beside me, and one year from today on lawns of this fine university we shall give the squirrels a fifth of November that shall never be forgot!"

Whether the video is a prank or not, the University is taking it very seriously. WSU security has confirmed there was an incident involving there computers on Friday but wouldn't give any more details than that.
