Job Title: IRONWORKER FOREMAN

This East Spokane commercial metal structure firm is looking
for qualified applicants to fill positions with the title of Ironworker
Foreman. Responsibilities include
travel to job locations throughout the entire United States and overtime. You will be responsible for the erection of large (up to 7500 square
foot) flat roof steel canopies including both bolt-up and weld-up designs. Construction at these commercial jobsites
will include supervision of two to three helpers including operation of aerial
lifts and use of power tools.
Successful candidates will be proficient in stick welding,
structural steel, sheet metal (fascia/backflashing), metal roofing, and
equipment operation. A minimum of 30
months in welding of sheet metal roofing is required. Applicants must be able to lift 90 pounds daily and have a
current valid drivers license. Advanced communication skills are required for
interaction with General Contractors, office staff and coworkers. Candidates for hire must be able to
interpret blueprints, possess advanced applied mathematics skills, and be
resourceful in executing equipment rentals, car rentals, lodging, itinerary,
and material logistics. The employer
prefers a High School diploma or GED, WABO or other related certifications, and
basic Microsoft Word skill for report submission. Candidates with felony convictions in the last 3 years will not
be considered for these positions.
