The largest private home health & Hospice company in Washington, has added a new full time position as an Intake Coordinator to our Spokane Branch located in Liberty Lake.  

The duties for this position include daily interaction with referral sources to coordinate Home Health and other FHC services to coincide with patient needs. Coordination will include interfacing with discharge planners, physician offices, and others to ensure smooth transition to Home Based care. Will include answering the phone, data entry, customer service and teamwork with our support staff team. This position will also take direct inquiries from potential clients and their families and will need to explain FHC services and solutions in an effective way, schedule in-home assessments, and conduct follow up on potential leads.

 

SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b>

Competitive compensation package will be DOE/DOQ. Full benefits package.

HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:

Anticipated Schedule will be Wednesday through Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Moving yourself, family and friends does not qualify. Will drive 24 straight truck, CDL is not required. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs frequently and up to 200 lbs on a infrequent basis. Walk up and down stairs on a frequent basis. Physical will be required. 

 SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:

$12.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience. Tip, bonus and mileage reimbursement 0.50 per mile if using personal vehicle.

 HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:

On call, schedule varies. 0-40 hours per week.
