Consumer Reports: AT&T The 'Worst Carrier'
MSN - Various reports around the Web today are highlighting a Consumer Reports survey pegging AT&T as the lowest-scoring cellphone carrier in the U.S on customer satisfaction.
The results are based on a survey of 58,000 readers at ConsumerReports.org. In a blog post, Consumer Reports notes that of all the carriers it rated, AT&T was the only one to drop significantly in overall satisfaction.
