The Five Stages Of Unemployment

HUFFINGTONPOST.COM - The film industry in North Carolina has accustomed Dan Turek to frequent bouts of unemployment.

"I go through employment and unemployment," Turek told HuffPost. "I found myself repeating the same modes."

Those modes became "The Five Stages of Unemployment," a short film Turek, a professional cameraman, made a few years ago and recently uploaded to YouTube.

The video captures some of the despair and anxiety of long-term joblessness, but not without humor.

The fifth stage of unemployment is nudity. "Concluding there is now no justifiable reason to be dressed," the narrator says, "subject gives up the concept of wearing clothes."

Turek said this is something he actually goes through. "There comes a time when what's the point of getting dressed?"
