The most desirable candidate will have recent relative experience in the Western United States and having good relationships with owners, designers, equipment vendors and subcontractors in the Northwest is a very positive attribute for the candidate. Having the ability to recruit qualified and experienced field staff (Superintendents, Foreman, etc.) will also be viewed very favorably.

The Seattle Times reports that the $5.6 billion budget approved Monday also increases city spending on programs that address homelessness to $63 million, a nearly 40 percent jump over four years ago.
