This individual will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, estimating and managing civil projects that will bring to the employer their experience, relationships and motivation. We are looking to expand our services into markets such as Hydro (dams and powerhouses), treatment plants, fish hatcheries, and other similar civil projects and need the right person to help us achieve this goal. The most desirable candidate will have recent relative experience in the Western United States and having good relationships with owners, designers, equipment vendors and subcontractors in the Northwest is a very positive attribute for the candidate. Having the ability to recruit qualified and experienced field staff (Superintendents, Foreman, etc.) will also be viewed very favorably.

 SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:
