ROSALIA, Wash. - On Wednesday afternoon the Washington State Patrol responded to a semi truck accident on Highway 195 just north of Rosalia. The driver was trapped in the cab until emergency crews arrived on the scene. The driver's injuries are unknown. The roadway has since been cleared.

Thursday Weather: Strong potential for "White-Out" or near blizzard conditions for early morning commuters and school children with gusty 20-35mph winds, blowing snow, sideways snowfall, snowdrifts, and subzero wind chills of –10°. The callous weather tapers off quickly into the early evening with clearing skies and temperatures crashing to near record lows for Friday. Low/High 11°/15°.

It became even more complicated when the Washington Supreme Court overturned a Thurston County judges decision after the judge initially threw out over 300,000 signatures saying the petition didn't follow election law claiming it was unreadable.
