Girl's Teeth Knocked Out In Brutal Attack

SPOKANE, Wash. - Police are looking for a man they say punched a young Gonzaga student in face, knocking out several of her teeth. According to police the incident happened Friday night at Riverfront Park near the haunted house.

The attack happened around 9:10 p.m., Friday. Police say some female GU students were in the park near the haunted house when they passed the suspect who was sitting on a nearby bench. The suspect began yelling obscenities at the girls. The victim and her friends kept walking but the suspect chased them down and punched the victim in the face, knocking out several teeth and causing other injuries to her face.

Now, Detectives need the public's assistance locating the assault suspect. He is described as a white man in his early 20's, six feet tall, thin and had short hair. At the time of the attack he was wearing a teal polo shirt.
