UPDATE: Wrong Way Driver Crashes Into FedEx Truck On Spokane's South Hill

Posted: Updated:
UPDATE: 40-year-old San V. Luong was the driver of the blue CRV. Witnesses estimate his speed at 60-70mph, traveling the wrong way on SE Blvd before striking a Fed Ex truck head on. Luong remains in critical condition. The FedEx driver suffered minor injuries. The investigation is continuing, but it does not appear as though alcohol was a factor.
