UPDATE: Car Hits Two Pedestrians In Hillyard

SPOKANE, Wash. - Two teenage girls were taken to the hospital Sunday evening after being hit by a car in Hillyard.

Police say the girls were crossing the street at Bridgeport and Market when they were hit by a car. One of the girls suffered a broken leg, but their injuries are not life-threatening.

The driver of the car was cited for Failure To Yield.
