SPOKANE, Wash. - The City of Spokane is ready for snow whenever Mother Nature decides to dump it. Forecasters are calling for a fair amount of snow sometime next week, starting on Tuesday night. City crews are monitoring the winter situation 20 hours a day, seven days a week. Even though this is a holiday weekend, crews will be watching the roads and plowing if need be. A full city plow effort would not be enacted until six inches of snow is on the ground.
