KHQ Right Now - News and Weather for Spokane and North Idaho | Rollover Accident Injures 7 In North Idaho

CLEARWATER COUNTY, Idaho - Clearwater County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a report of a 1 vehicle rollover with injuries near the Timberline High School on Hwy. 11. Upon arrival it was determined that there were 7 people involved.

The driver, Andrea Opresik, 23, of Weippe advised that she hit black ice with the 1999 Toyota 4 Runner and started fishtailing. The vehicle then went over an embankment and rolled once, landing on its top. Opresik also had her 2 juvenile children with her. Also in the vehicle was Chanel Clark, 27 with an address of Moscow, and her 3 juvenile children.

All 7 subjects were transported with unknown injuries to Clearwater Valley Hospital in Orofino by two ambulances from Weippe and one ambulance from Pierce . The accident is still under investigation
