SPOKANE, Wash. -- Powered by Preston Wynne's career-high 34 points, Spokane Community Colleges rolled to a 114-73 win over visiting Blue Mountain Community College Friday night.
Wynne, a sophomore from Wellpinit, torched the Timberwolves for 27 first-half points as the Sasquatch opened up a 65-37 halftime lead. He finished the night 11-of-20 from the floor, including 7 3-pointers, while getting 5 steals.
West Valley high school graduate Brady Bagby added 18 points, including a fastbreak dunk, but left the game with an injury to his right knee. He was later seen on the CCS bench with an icebag on his knee, and the injury was not believed to be serious.
