2Bs Battle for Supremacy, Berth to 'State B' Tournament

SPOKANE, Wash. -

The 2B District 7 basketball tournament begins Monday with a total of eight games, all of them played at Mt. Spokane and Mead High Schools.

In the boys tournament, Reardan plays Colfax at 3:30 p.m. at Mt. Spokane, followed by Davenport vs. NW Christian at 5 p.m. At Mead High School, Lind-Ritzville plays Liberty at 3:30; Kettle Falls plays St. George's at 5 p.m.

In the girls tournament, Lind-Ritzville plays Kettle Falls at 6:30 p.m. at Mead, followed by Republic vs. St. George's. NW Christian will play Colfax at Mt. Spokane at 6:30 p.m., after which Reardan will play Davenport.

The tournament resumes on Wednesday and Friday. The championship games are on Saturday.

SWX and KHQ will be the source for 1B and 2B basketball tournament information when it begins on March 1 at Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena. SWX will broadcast a total of eight games, including the four championship games on March 3.
