Search Warrant Shows Investigators Findings In Gilman's Getaway Car

SPOKANE, Wash. - Search warrants filed on Wednesday describe what investigators obtained when the searched the vehicle Dustin Gilman used to flee the scene of the triple murder over the weekend.

According to the documents, no guns were located inside Tracy Ader's 2007 Nissan Pathfinder. Detectives obtained a baby car seat, coffee mug, plastic water bottle, "4 sets of 2 swabs DNA", "D & C Paperwork", and 1 prescription bottle belonging to Tracy Ader.

Spokane Police located the Nissan Pathfinder, with the help of alert citizen, Sunday afternoon in a parking lot at the corner of Monroe and Wellesley. When they arrived at the car Dustin Gilman was not inside. A police K-9 unit discovered Gilman's body in the woods Monday morning off Hatch Road, just north of the Spokane city limits.

An interview with Tracy Ader's husband Nick Ader determined that on Friday morning, the same day the bodies were discovered, Nick had two text messages from his wife's cell phone.

Detectives determined Gilman sent these from the victim's cell phones after they were deceased. The messages were sent at 9:49 a.m. and 9:51 a.m. both saying that Tracy was taking their child to the hospital because of a fever.

Nick Ader himself was already in the hospital at the time due to of pancreatitis. Ader also said that he received a call from Dustin Gilman, too, at 9:53 a.m. saying that he was going to visit a girl on the south side.
