    UPDATE: On Monday a man wearing a mask and waiving a gun entered the US Bank branch on Garland and Jefferson and demanded money. The man was given an undisclosed amount of cash by bank employees and then ran away from the bank on foot.

KHQ.COM - Spokane Police officers are looking for a suspect who robbed the Sterling Savings Bank on Queen Wednesday morning.

Officers tell us the male suspect walked in with a mask, pointed a gun at the teller and demanded money. Police tell KHQ that the suspect may be the same person who robbed the US Bank on Monday. The suspect is described to be an African American.

Five schools were on lock down as a K-9 unit tried to track the scent of the suspect, those lock downs are now over.
