SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. - The Spokane County Board of Commissioners and SCRAPS Director Nancy Hill held in an Open House at the former Harley Davidson Building (also known as the Latus Building) on Wednesday.
Located at 6815 E. Trent, the building is being considered as a possible site for the new SCRAPS Regional Animal Control Facility.
Local elected officials and key staff have been invited. The event was hosted by Realtor Bob Tibbits, who provided tours of the building.
