Otto Zehm Case: Charges Expected Against Two SPD Officers

SPOKANE, Wash, - Charges against two Spokane Police Officers are expected relating to the beating death of Otto Zehm.
 
Rob Cossey attorney for officer Sandra Mcintyre confirmed to KHQ that he has been in contact with the U.S. attorneys office. Cossey says his client could be facing Federal obstruction charges in connection with the Zehm case.
 
Chris Bugbee an attorney for another Spokane police officer, Tim Moses also confirmed to KHQ he also has been in talks with the U.S. attorneys office. "I've had negotiations with them about Mr. Moses' involvement in the Otto Zehm case." Bugbee would not discuss specifics of the conversations saying, "I don't want to influence this case at all."

    BREAKING NEWS - The Medical Examiner's Office has revised the death toll in the Moore, Oklahoma tornado from 91 people to at least 24 people.
    UPDATE: Originally the death toll was reported to be 91 people and counting, however, the Medical examiner's office revised the death toll from the Oklahoma tornado to at least 24 people. A spokeswoman said Tuesday morning that she believes some victims were counted twice in the early chaos of the storm.
